Daniel J. Zirrith practices labor and employment law, and business litigation before the courts and administrative agencies of New Jersey. Mr. Zirrlth was a contributing author for the following publications: Overview of the ADA: Legal Protections for Persons with Disabilities, New Jersey Lawyer The Magazine, No. 170, July 1995; Post Employment Agreements and Restrictions, A Checklist for Drafting a Restrictive Covenant Agreement, New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, 1997. Mr. Zirrith was the labor side speaker at the 2016 Administrative Law Forum and spoke on Civil Service Discipline cases.

Mr. Zirrith’s experience includes: Litigation In State and Federal courts, Conscientious Employee Protection Act, (Whistleblower) cases, Law Against Discrimination (LAD) cases, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) cases, Severance and Noncompete Agreements, Family and Medical Leave issues, Collective bargaining negotiations, Grievance arbitration matters, Public Employee Disciplinary Charges matters, Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) cases, Pension Issues and cases– ERS and TPAF, NJ Civil Service Commission, Business litigation matters.

Lynsey A. Stehling practices labor and employment law. Mrs. Stehling is admitted to practice before the Bar of the State of New Jersey, the Bar of the State of New York, and the United States District Court for New Jersey. Mrs. Stehling received a B.A. degree, magna sum laude, from Seton Hall University in 2000, and a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2004. She is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations.
