Daniel J. Zirrith practices labor and employment law, and business litigation before the courts and administrative agencies of New Jersey. Lynsey A. Stehling practices labor and employment law. Mrs. Stehling is admitted to practice before the Bar of the State of New Jersey, the Bar of the State of New York, and the United States District Court for New Jersey. Mrs. Stehling received a B.A. degree, magna sum laude, from Seton Hall University in 2000, and a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2004. She is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations.
Edward H. Kerwin practices labor and employment law, Municipal Court law, he has served as the Public Defender in Avon, NJ since 2012, civil litigation, both for the Plaintiff and Defendant, Appellate Practice, Personal Injury Protection law, and Worker’s Compensation law. In addition to litigation practice, Mr. Kerwin has experience representing government entities and agencies.
