I’m Daniel J. Zirrith, the managing partner at Zirrith Law. I opened the firm in 2014, after twenty years practicing labor and employment law in New Jersey, and that work is still the heart of what we do — in state and federal court, before the Public Employment Relations Commission and the Civil Service Commission, and at the bargaining table.

We represent businesses, labor unions, nonprofit organizations, and individuals, which means we see a workplace dispute from every side of it.
